LAB Escape! creates an interesting atmosphere. With a start in a lab, you will control a white entity that has escaped from a glass cage. This is an extremely dangerous entity with a high level of bloodthirstiness, and as long as it is not fed, it will die immediately because the HP bar drops very quickly. So, capture the humans that appear in front of you and use all their energy to continue moving to the location as far as possible. The gameplay integrates many things that you have played before, such as running to infinity and survival to build strength.

For the main character of LAB Escape!, the terror it spreads is still in the early stages because the research facility always has forces equipped with modern weapons. The energies you collect from others can accumulate, giving you a new stat that you are forced to choose.
